Can I use my insurance?
Integrative Health Solutions does not take insurance. This allows us to maximize the time and attention to each patient. It also allows us to make recommendations soley based on what's best for you as an individual, not based on what your insurance will cover.
You can still use your insurance to cover labwork, imaging, or other testing or medications if you choose. Low cost cash-based options may also be available.
Individual appointments may qualify for insurance reimbursement through submission of a superbill.
Do I still need insurance if I have a membership?
Integrative Health Solutions is not an insurance policy. It does provide high quality care for a predictable monthly fee, however we recommend you consider pairing it with a high deductible plan or similar option to keep you covered for hospitalization and specialist fees, etc.
What does my membership fee cover?
Membership fees entitle you to unlimited visits- scheduled or sick visits- to help you reach your health goals.
Secure messaging helps answer questions or tweak plans between visits.
Sick visits same or next day for members only.
Labwork orders at provider cost, get it drawn at a convenient location near you or by a mobile phlebotomist
What if I need to see a specialist?
If you need specialty care, you will be referred to specialist care near your physical location, just like with a traditional provider office.
Before any specialist visit, care coordination visits are available to help you get the most out of every visit! You will feel prepared knowing who you're seeing, why, what options they may present you with and have your questions organized before the visit to maximize the value to you.
Can I see Grace in person?
Right now, all visits are virtual and offered to patients who are in the states of NH, VA and FL at the time of the visit. If you aren't located in these states but are interested in care, please email us at Grace@theintegrativenp.net to have your state considered for future expansion!
You will be referred to a local primary care, walk in or urgent care if it is determined your condition requires physical examination to diagnose or treat. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate care so the facility you visit knows why we have sent you to them.
Does Grace see children?
Grace LOVES seeing children, however she strongly believes children require an in person primary care provider.
Acute or focused issue visitsfor children are avilable on a case-by-case basis for consultation for the children of current members. Please message Grace through your portal or email to request consultative options.
